why do they decorate the out of land place? Like Rainbow Bridges XD?

Sorry I'm a bit confuse. You mean if you view it in the map? The place next to SSV that shows a cloudy space with rainbow arches? And you're wondering why they put rainbows? Well that place is called Ponyvale or something similar to that. The place is focused on ponies and unicorns, so the rainbow arches are placed there to make it seem magical  (since unicorns are magical creatures that have rainbow pow pow... I think) Well I've only seen a glimpse of the place, and I must say, it's beautiful. I can't wait for it to be official out. *excited* |

They decorate it because it will be a new edition VERY soon. So they make sure thats decorated so people know where to go.

Well yeah. Im guessing its a glitch, because, I dont see a way in.
Ive seen in the map its mountainous range around it, so it looks trapped.
