I just wanted to share with you all that I sent in a ticket asking what happened to the merchant, and this is the response I got:

Cragara the Mysterious Vendor went back to Snailtonia for a while to get the rest of hr stuff. But she will eventually slowly make her way back to Free Realms in time. I hope this information helps. If you ever have other questions or concerns please let us know! : )

So first the merchant says she came from Blackspore, and now its "Snailtonia?" Seems kinda odd lol. I just hope they add her back soon, its kind of annoying to have to keep waiting.... Oh well, hopefully the wait will be worth it.
