Well I went online and finished up the X-mas quest line, and checked out what the mystery vendor was selling. There is a few bugs on the items that the mystery vendor is selling. Especially when it comes to the color you want to buy. (ex. Buy a darkmatter astronaut suit, and one in your inventory it will show you bought a white astronaut suit) Also, in game was kinda laggy for me. Things would slow down, or just literally freeze. I don't see any difference with the banking system, which I'm kinda disappointed. I hope they make the bank be able to transfer clothing to our alts on the same account. They also made tacky sweaters tradeable, which I'm quite happy cause I have too many, and I have no use for so many tacky sweaters that I don't even wear. Also, can anyone explain how the mystery vendor work? How long will she be staying in Free Realms? So far none of the things she is selling right now interest me, but I'm sure she has more goodies to give |

Overall I find the Mysterious Merchant kinda disappointing. The people at Sony said she would be selling items that were available before the December 2009 update. All I have mostly seen is the gloam invasion armor and pets, some housing items, pets, karts, and clothing that is in the Marketplace right now. The only difference is that she sells them in new colors, which is nice. I just wish she sold some items from back in the day. Sure, she does sell the Tuxedo pieces in Darkmatter, which was available in the old days, but that's almost the only "old" item I see. I must admit though, it is fun to wear that Tuxedo suit with a beard and have everyone that walks by you go "Woah! Its Abraham Lincoln!" Lol. That's what inspired my new avatar and signature.  |
