12 days of Gifts

Make sure you make your way to Snowhill to take part in the 12 Days of Gifts that we introduced for the first time this year. Each day there is a unique quest for you to complete and turn in. Turn in your quest and get a bow for that day’s gift. Starting on the 25th you will be able to log in and open your gifts to see what the reward is for all of your hard work!
We recognize that not all of our players will be able to log into the game for 12 straight days. You have a couple of options to join in on the fun.
Every 4 days you complete will award you with an additional gift for free. So if you complete all 12 days you will receive 3 additional gifts for free.
If you absolutely don’t want to miss out on a gift you can always purchase a bow for SC to make sure you have all 12 gifts ready for you on the 25th.
We want everyone to have a great time with the content so we figured that a more flexible system would be the best way to make it work for everyone. We have been getting a ton of feedback and will be using this system in the future for rolling out content in new and different ways. Thanks for being a part of the new and exciting changes we are offering to our players and enjoy the gifts!
12 Days of Items
Not only are we offering gifts but we are also offering an item each day at rock bottom prices. You can find the item of the day located in the upper left portion of the screen when you log into the game. Be sure to check out the sales and scoop up any of the items you have had your eye on before the prices go up again!
Mystery Vendor
Our Mystery Vendor has been in the game for everyone to enjoy now and we love it! You never know what she is going to have and with the limited inventory you might grab a great deal on a rare item. It is a new feature that we added and we have been taking the player feedback and discussing future plans. We know of a few bugs with the vendor (getting stuck in a location/ not allowing purchases even if you have the proper SC) and we are working to address those issues now. Thanks for being so active in participating with the new feature and sharing your feedback.
Music Blocks
A new building block will be added to the game this week… it is called a “Music Block”. Players can place these blocks in their housing lot and when the blocks are touched they will play a sound. We thought it would be a fun addition to the standard building blocks and it would open a new channel for our creative builders to experiment with creation of music in Free Realms. I can’t wait to see what all of you create and make sure you share your creations with others!
Mystery Chest
Our holiday Mystery Chest arrives this week! It is jam packed full of goodies that you won’t want to miss. A new Reindeer Ride, Ice Skates and a members only Hot Rod ride! That isn’t even everything, so make sure you get your keys and crack open those mystery chests to see what is inside!
Open your gifts on the 25th
Just a reminder… be sure you log in on the 25th to open your gifts from the 12 days of Holidays! There isn’t a timer on opening your gifts but you don’t want to be the last person to have the cool new toys in Free Realms do you?

Xylophone Boombox
We have a new Boombox that will be available soon… it is called the Xylophone! Sure it might not have the traditional Boombox look but it is a crazy good time! I can’t wait to see people dancing around Seaside with this!

Wouldn’t it be cool if your winged rides could glide?
