Guide to Planning your Events!
Step 1) Plan your Event
When you plan the event, you want to think about the concept of the event, like what will it be all about. Is there going to be a certain theme for this? It's all Up to you! You want to be postitive on what you want to do before Planning it. *For Example ~ My Insiders Summer bash. The theme was Summer, so a Season. You could always do something for a certain day*
Step 2) Identify your Location
You always want to have a certain place for each and every of your events, so this is a big thing you need to include on there, unless it's a secret Location you would like not to reveal. Another Idea is to put the Server Number, Like Server 1 is the Main Server Insiders are usually on. It's always nice to include that, yet again, you can always keep it private
Step 3) When will it Be?
So, when you have this event, we want to know "When will it be?" Well, it's best to post a date(s) of the event, along with the time zone. But what is a Time Zone? Time zones tell you all the times for the United States, along with everyone elses times. We all might not live in the same time zone, but it's very nice to let us know what time zone. Step 4) Are you Able to Make it?
Very Self Explanatory. Are you going to be able to make it, or do you have a back-up, just incase you don't make it? It's always safer to plan than say sorry. It's always OK to reschedule your event if you can not make it, but it's always safer to plan then sorry. Before the event you plan to have it, make sure your available that date.
Step 5) Time to Party!
After all your planning, make sure to post it in the Member Events Section of the website, then it's Officially time to relax and get the party started!
